Alexandre, 26, said: 'I have climbed all over the world, but when I tried highlining I nearly soiled myself, to answer the phone when you're up there shows incredible guts.

 The highliner is well-known in France in for his breathtaking stunts and has even featured in a film about the sport


 'Obviously the position of the person is very exposed which just adds to the sense of danger you get from this, all they have keeping them on the rope is a little piece of wire.'
